CONTENTS: 500mg (1.1 lb.) Cane Sugar, 1 large sachet of botanicals (Cardamom | Schisandra Berries | Cinchona Bark (contains quinine) | Pau d' Arco Bark | Lemon peel | Orange Peel | Lime Peel | Citric Acid (from lemons) | and other organic spices), 1 reusable cloth strainer, 2 coasters, sticker and preparation instructions.
Our organic botanicals are sourced from Mountain Rose Herbs, a company who since 1987 has been sourcing certified organic or pesticide-free plant products that are sustainably harvested.
Each Botanical Kit makes about 1 Liter of Tonic syrup, enough for +/- 70 drinks (.5 oz per drink)
Suggested Amounts for Drinks
Imbibing
1/2 oz Tonic Syrup + 3 oz Soda Water + 1 3/4 oz Gin. + Brandied Cherry & Grapefruit Twist.
Non-Imbibing
6 oz Soda Water + 1 oz Tonic Syrup + Lemon or Grapefruit Twist.
Add tonic syrup and spirit into a tall glass. Stir to mix the ingredients. Add club soda to the mix. Then, place the cubes of ice in the glass last (pouring club soda over ice will fizzle the bubbles away). Garnish with a brandied cherry and a twist of lemon or grapefruit peel.
