East End Tonic Maqui Berry Tonic Syrup (Pack of 3)
№ 28 Maqui Berry Tonic is made with several different berries, Maqui Berry, Elder Berry and Bilberry, giving it a beautiful deep mahogany red color. Most will be familiar with Elder and Bilberry, but the main essence of this botanical tonic is Maqui. An evergreen shrub or small tree belonging to the Elaeaocarpaceae family, native to the temperate rain forests of Chile and Argentina. The berries taste like tart huckleberries and are considered as "superfood." Maqui berries have reportedly been used by the Mapuche natives of Chile and Argentina for centuries.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Cinchona Bark (quinine), Pau d’Arco Bark, Maqui Berry, Elder Berry, Bilberry, Lemon Oil, Orange Oil, and Spices.

Suggested Amounts for Drinks
This is a favorite among non-imbibing friends. Also a popular option for Vodka Tonic (1.75oz Vodka + .5oz Maqui Berry Syrup + 3oz Sparkling Water)
Imbibing
1/2 oz Tonic Syrup + 3 oz Soda Water + 1 3/4 oz Gin. + Brandied Cherry & Grapefruit Twist.
Non-Imbibing
6 oz Soda Water + 3oz. Maqui Berry Syrup + Lemon Twist.
Add tonic syrup and spirit into a tall glass. Stir to mix the ingredients. Add club soda to the mix. Then, place the cubes of ice in the glass last (pouring club soda over ice will fizzle the bubbles away). Garnish with a brandied cherry and a twist of lemon or grapefruit peel.
